Order

I haven't received an order confirmation, what now?

The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. Please check your spam folder first, as the email can sometimes end up there. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to be sent.

If you still haven't received a confirmation, please contact our customer service. We can then check whether your order is recorded in the system. If this is the case, we will be happy to resend you the order confirmation. If your order has not been recorded, it is important that you inform our customer service before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.


How can I find out if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the order process. If you have not received an email yet, please check your spam folder first. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to reach you.


What happens if I provide incorrect information (address, name, etc.)?

If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, such as an incorrect address or email address, please contact us immediately. Note that we cannot guarantee that changes will be made in time, as our partner processes orders very quickly and prepares them for shipment. Therefore, it is important to inform us as soon as possible after placing your order. A successful change could potentially affect the shipping time. Any additional costs, such as for a return due to incorrect address details, will be charged to the customer, even if the change could not be made in time.

Cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form if you would like to cancel your order. If it has not yet been processed, we can cancel it. If the order is already being processed, you can send it back to us after receipt. Since this is an on-demand order, costs will be incurred which will be passed on to you.

Change my order?

As soon as we receive your order, it will be forwarded directly to our warehouse for processing. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to make any subsequent changes to your order. However, if your order has not yet been processed, we can offer to cancel the entire order so that you can place a new, corrected order. In this case, please contact our customer service.

What to do if the package and products are damaged?


If your package or the products it contains arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Take photos of the damaged goods and the packaging and send them to us at service@block301.com or use the contact form . After receiving and checking the pictures, we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Please do not return the products without our request.


Received the wrong item - what to do?

Please first compare your order confirmation with the items you received to ensure that everything has been delivered correctly.

If there is an error, please contact us using the contact form and, if possible, attach photos of the incorrectly delivered item and tell us the name of the missing product.

Our delivery time is usually 3 to 9 working days from the dispatch date. We endeavour to dispatch your order the next day. Please note that in exceptional cases, due to an increased volume of orders from us or the shipping service provider, there may be a delay of 1 to 2 working days.

My package did not arrive in time

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please first check that all the details you have provided are correct. You will find the address information stored in your order confirmation. If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer service - we will be happy to help you.

How much does shipping cost

We cover the shipping costs for orders over 120 CHF. For orders under 120 CHF, shipping costs of 9 CHF apply.

How can I track my shipment

As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains all the necessary information for tracking the shipment so that you can see the current status of your package at any time and find out an approximate delivery time. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us using our contact form.

What happens if I do not pick up my package or refuse to accept it?

If a delivery is returned to us because it was not picked up by the post office or because acceptance was refused, we will charge a fee of 28 CHF to cover the additional costs incurred.

Is it possible to return my order?

Here is an alternative formulation:

Yes, you generally have a 30-day right of return. However, a refund will only be made if the goods are returned in their original packaging and in new condition. To register a return, please contact our customer service at service@fxckin.com or use our contact form .

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

For shipments that are returned to us because the customer did not pick up the goods from the post office, we charge a fee of 30 CHF to cover the additional costs incurred.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your goods for another product, this will be treated as a regular return. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in an undamaged condition. As soon as we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to the account originally used. To exchange the goods, you can simply place a new order via our website.

How long is my voucher valid?

Your voucher is valid for 3 years

Is it possible to return items purchased with a gift card?

Of course, you can return goods that you have purchased with a voucher. The value will be credited back to your voucher, but unfortunately a payout is not possible.

How can I redeem discount codes?

To redeem the discount code, enter it in the appropriate field during the order process. You can proceed to checkout by going to the checkout section from your shopping cart.

Can discount codes be combined?

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Cash payments are not possible
